Senior Technical Consultant

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities

  • Create high-performance Internet applications through extensive JavaScript coding
  • Develop technical requirements and specifications
  • Write technical documentation

Knowledge/Experience/Ability

  • Expert level DHTML (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) & Ajax experience (front-end and back-end expertise)
  • Expert level JavaScript experience, plus experience creating object-oriented JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience manipulating data in XML, JSON and SQL formats
  • Experience working with JavaScript libraries, JQuery and MooTools
  • Expert knowledge of cross-platform functionality
  • Superior attention to detail with an ability to produce code with limited bugs

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, cutting-edge mobile apps including designing, architecting and implementing new features; plus familiarity with software development best practices
  • Collaborate with product management and design teams to fine-tune user experience
  • Actively participate in design discussions and code reviews
  • Work closely with QA engineers to identify and fix product defects
  • Strong knowledge of object oriented development and design patterns

  • Expert level Objective-C programming

Senior Project Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA
Salaried full-time professional position
Some travel may be required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery process on large engagements and accurately scope projects, defining project requirements and success metrics
  • Serve as the main client interface on projects, clarify strategic requirements, explain complex ideas clearly, and manage expectations
  • Oversee multiple interdisciplinary project teams of as many as eight people
  • Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project as well as involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization
  • Lead meetings with senior clients, ensure that they meet the stated objectives and stay on agenda
  • Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Work in an independent fashion, solve problems, make decisions, and communicate effectively in difficult situations
  • Be passionate about delivering the best creative products but find ways of producing them that do not jeopardize schedule and budget
  • Play a dual role of client advocate and Clock Four team advocate
  • Assist in training of associate project managers on methodology and skills
  • Participate in the development of new business

Knowledge/Experience/Ability

  • Prior experience (5 to 7 years) as an digital project manager or directly related experience
  • Demonstrated experience running large engagements or multiple smaller engagements
  • Ability to develop effective presentations and speak persuasively to large audiences including senior level clients
  • Excellent negotiation skills (and an ability to apply them to Statements of Work)
  • Experience scoping large engagements, with development of project plans in MS Project
  • Proven ability to manage projects that exceed $500,000 and that met business requirements and were on schedule/budget
  • Familiarity with various project types including: web sites, online advertising, campaigns, mobile, brand and consulting
  • Strong knowledge of web development technologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • PMI certification a plus
  • Knowledge of quality assurance process is beneficial

Location: San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities

  • Design a variety of digital media: web sites, mobile and tablet applications, etc.
  • Be a strategic partner for our client providing expert knowledge on digital media and planning
  • Present and explain ideas and concepts effectively directly with client
  • Direct the work of junior level designers and freelance resources

Knowledge/Experience/Ability

  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree -- or equivalent experience -- in graphic/interaction design
  • Advanced skills with basic software tools: Adobe Creative Suite, etc. (Flash a +; ActionScript, HTML, and JQuery ++)
  • Online portfolio
  • A passion for design, from concepts down to pixel-level detail
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Open minded and collaborative approach to UX with the ability to take direction and constructive feedback and use it to create easy to use solutions.
