Jon Eberly

CEO & Managing Director

An Internet technology and marketing pioneer, Jon has a 15-year record of entrepreneurship, technical innovation and social marketing leadership. His ability to synthesize up-to-the-minute Internet technologies with cultural trends and core business needs have enabled his clients and partners to take full advantage of the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Before founding Clock Four, Jon was Vice President of Account Services for Agency.com, a leading global interactive marketing company, where he oversaw technology and account relationships for clients such as Visa International, Safeway, Miller Brewing, eBay, Del Monte and others. Prior to his work at Agency.com, he was a principal at the pioneering digital imaging studio, SandBox Interactive, where he directed the technology and interactive groups, producing 3D interactive retail imaging for the Gap, Levi’s, Sun, Apple, and C|Net.

Jon is active in community service and personal pursuits. He directs the Spalbar Goba Fund for Social Entrepreneurship at the Marin Community Foundation, competes as a national-level sailor, is a licensed private pilot, an active international mountaineer and a licensed EMT.

Jon has a BA from the University of Virginia.

Diane Knoll

Chief Financial Officer

Diane brings over 20 years of senior financial management experience to Clock Four, driving the company’s financial strength, leading business strategy formulation, and overseeing the institution of effective management and operating controls.

Prior to her role at Clock Four, Diane was Chief Financial Officer at LoanPerformance, where for over 13 years, she played a critical role in transforming the company into the industry leader in mortgage database and credit analytics and in its successful sale to First American.

Prior to LoanPerformance, she held senior positions at Omega Performance Consulting, the Rosenberg Real Estate Equity Funds, and KPMG.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.

Jerry Orabona

Vice President of Technology

Jerry is a visionary interactive technologist whose experience spans the lifetime of the online industry. His dedication to practical, real-world solutions and his expansive understanding of a vast array of technologies, industry verticals and problem-solving tools make him a unique asset to clients and teammates.

Prior to his role at Clock Four, Jerry was the San Francisco Director of Technology for Agency.com. During his seven-year tenure there, he worked for the San Francisco, New York and Global divisions, serving clients and managing remote teams worldwide.

Jerry is an experienced analyst, architect and .NET and LAMP developer with a passion for service-oriented architecture. He oversees Clock Four's enterprise partnerships with Microsoft, Autonomy, Akamai and others. Jerry is also an Ektron CMS certified Gold Partner.

Since 1989, Jerry has been a photography instructor for the School of Visual Arts in New York City, teaching matriculated and continuing education classes in experimental darkroom techniques, the zone system, and studio lighting.

Jerry has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts.

Craig Batty

Vice President of Account Services

Craig's career in account services spans high technology to traditional advertising and marketing. At Clock Four, he oversees the continuous growth of client relationships and helps to set and meet clients' key business objectives.

Craig brings more than 20 years of experience to Clock Four, having worked with a range clients including Pizza Hut, McDonald's, Chevron, the United States Postal Service, Levi's and Visa Inc. He has supervised a wide range of programs that include site and technology development and advertising and promotional programs. Prior to his role at Clock Four, Craig was Vice President and Client Partner for Razorfish, and has held marketing and management positions at Frankel, BBDO, and CME.

To unwind from the office, Craig enjoys life in Lafayette, pursuing a serious passion for locating and raising heirloom roses, expanding his kitchen skill set and sharing the above with friends and family.

Craig has a BA from Washington State University.

Jake Louderback

Creative Director

Jake has worked with some of the world’s most recognized brands to create innovative websites and marketing campaigns for traditional and digital media. During his 15-year career, Jake has worked in every aspect of design, art direction and production. As a result of this breadth of experience, he consistently leads creative teams to achieve extraordinary results—even under the most challenging deadlines and budgetary restrictions.

Prior to Joining Clock Four, Jake was Creative Director of Marketing at Bank of America, where he managed an interdisciplinary team of writers, designers and developers. Jake led the redesign of the bankofamerica.com home page and developed dozens of microsites and online marketing campaigns. Before that, he was Creative Director at Convergys Corporation, responsible for creative strategy and leadership of international and domestic creative/production teams. He also led the development of an international client base that included Xerox, Federal Express, and Sprint. Earlier in his career, Jake held positions as Creative Director, Art Director and Designer for several agencies, where his clients included Apple, Pacific Gas and Electric, Quantum Corporation, Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, and Peet’s Coffee & Tea among others.

A Bay Area native, Jake has taught courses in graphic design, identity principles and marketing strategies for the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. He is an active traveler and an avid cyclist, runner and Aikido practitioner.

He has a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and he studied Graphic Design at the California College of Arts.
